At Forecast Securities Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in all of our law enforcement training, security consulting, professional drone services, and branded merchandise. Because our offerings involve significant customization, scheduling, instructor preparation, and production time, we have established the following clear and fair policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, events, or direct sales.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless an exception is explicitly stated in the sections below. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse, misuse, or failure to meet the conditions outlined in this policy. California consumer protection laws are fully observed; this policy is designed to be transparent and equitable for all customers.

2. Law Enforcement Training & Security Consulting

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (info@forecast-securities.com) at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date: No refund; a credit toward a future session may be offered at our discretion (subject to availability). No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: Full fee forfeited. Once a program has begun or digital materials have been accessed, no refunds are available.

3. Drone Photography, Aerial Video, Mapping & Related Services

A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to reserve a flight date and cover preparation time. Cancellations more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled flight: Full refund of the balance paid (deposit forfeited). Cancellations 48 hours to 7 days before: 50% refund of the balance paid. Cancellations less than 48 hours before: No refund. Weather-related rescheduling: We will work with you to find a new mutually agreeable date at no extra charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit will be issued. Once the flight has occurred and deliverables (photos, video, maps) have been provided, the service is considered complete.

4. Merchandise & Physical Products

We proudly offer branded merchandise (apparel, patches, gear, and accessories) that reflects the professional standards of law enforcement and security communities. Return Window: You may return or exchange eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of receipt. Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Process: Contact us at info@forecast-securities.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price minus any shipping costs originally paid. Exchanges: We happily offer size/color exchanges when the requested item is in stock.

5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of defective merchandise, non-performance of services, or verifiable error on our part, we will promptly resolve the issue with a full refund, replacement, or re-performance at no additional cost. All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are made in good faith and at the sole discretion of Forecast Securities Group.
