The Conditions Report is hosted by Don Saputa, a seasoned law enforcement veteran and the founder of Forecast Securities Group LLC.

With over 16 years of hands-on experience as a law enforcement professional, investigator, and instructor, Don has served in diverse roles, including patrol, investigative, tactical teams, and task force assignments. He is a court-recognized expert in drug influence and narcotics investigations, bringing a wealth of operational insight to his analysis. His career has honed his expertise in managing risk, intelligence, and high-pressure scenarios, often drawing from backgrounds in tactical and task force operations.

Don Saputa established Forecast Securities Group in 2020 to deliver specialized training and consulting on legal articulation, investigative clarity, operational decision-making, and risk management in high-stakes environments across corporate, security, and law enforcement sectors.

He is also one of the founders and key architects of Pryme Infil LLC. As an expert in mission planning and risk assessment, Don brings deep experience in designing and implementing structured approaches to complex, high-risk operations. This includes developing precise planning frameworks, assessing and mitigating operational risks in real time, coordinating resources under pressure, and ensuring teams remain adaptable and effective in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
